Ordering
Please read carefully – by placing an order with us, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following conditions:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be some variation in colour between print batches. If you do have any queries regarding your order, drop me a line at zooniversedesigns@gmail.com and we will aim to get back to you within 5 working days.

Please double check any personalisation text and address details before placing your order as mistakes cannot be rectified later.

Payments
How can I pay? Our website uses PayPal and Stripe card payments, so you can order with confidence that your money is safe.

Currency
All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling. Paypal and Stripe both convert into other currencies at checkout, but to get a guide price before then, please utilise Google Currency Converter – https://www.google.co.uk/finance/converter which shows up to date conversion rates.

Delivery
Delivery is made at an additional cost (which is determined by the complete weight of your order) We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice – however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery. Please select tracked services to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Will I pay customs charge?
If you are receiving a parcel from outside the United Kingdom it may incur Customs charges. Charges are the liability of the customer.

Your Order

Can I add personalisation?
Many items can be personalised, see options when checking out. Please ensure spellings are correct before finalising order as mistakes cannot be amended once printed. All of our products are made in house.

How long will my order take?
Our items are made to order and may take around two weeks to arrive. Usual dispatch days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been sent, and items should arrive within 2-3 working days.

How will my items arrive?
Items will be packed in bubble wrap or tissue paper.

How will my information be used?
Your details – address, email and bank details will only be used to complete your order and for any legal documents such as my tax return, and will not be passed on to any third parties.

What should I do if my order arrives and is incorrect or damaged?
If an item arrives and is incorrect or damaged please notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence in order to have a replacement item sent out.
